Who we are

TRC Group was established in 1999 and offers a range of recruitment related services. The group consists of four divisions; TRC Technology, TRC Engineering, TRC Public Sector and TRC Search.  From its offices in Sydney, Singapore and Tokyo the group services clients across the Asia Pacific region.

TRC Group is majority owned by Tradition Financial Services (TFS), a global financial services organisation and by Viel & Cie, one of the worlds largest brokers of financial and non-financial products with annual turnover in excess of €1billion. Viel and Cie is listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange.

Although operating differing business models the common thread throughout the divisions within TRC Group is the ability to deliver. A long association with numerous clients across industry sectors attests to the success of not only the individual approaches but also to the complimentary nature of these separate divisions.
